We have four sisters: Ryoko (19), Aya (18), Tomo (14), and Kiko (3). 🦒 Following on from baking, Tomo has recently been improving her cooking skills. ✨ Kiko loves restaurant-bought fries, but won't eat them. So, she made this for me... 🥔 Finely chop the potatoes → Microwave → Lightly mash → Add salt and potato starch to make a batter → Shape and fry. 🥔 These lovingly made fries are ready! 🫶🏻 She's apparently making them again tonight, so I'll fry whatever other ingredients I have at home. Today's "Kushikatsu Ageage ⤴︎ Girls' Night Out" 👏🏻 Aya has safely made it through her first week as a working adult. lol Ryoko is entering her second year as a working adult. Thoughts from the past week... Things I can say now... And what my daughters have made me realize... And so on. And so on... I'm happy about the emotions I feel as my children grow, and I'm also a bit anxious about being a parent, something I've never experienced before, but these days, I just want everyone to be healthy and happy. 🙆🏻‍♀️ Ta-da-da-da, hey!! ️ This is a post from a complete beginner, a very analog mom.
