THIS IS A LITTLE FIRE CRACKER OF A VERY RARE V50 (Not even registered on "How Many Left") THAT IS NOT ONLY A UK ORIGINAL BIKE BUT UNTIL THIS YEAR A 1 OWNER BIKE STILL WITH ORIGINAL DEALER NUMBER PLATE & STICKERS ON SIDE PANELS. Try finding another PLUS it 's not restored - just had a sympathetic recommission by a mature enthusiast who bought the bike locally from a nearby village to him. So she is ready to ride & enjoy on a summers day on a twisty B road (But do remember it's Italian & 45 years old & quirky!!) SO - HE HAS GONE THROUGH PRETTY MUCH EVERYTHING - TAKEN APART, CLEANED AND PUT BACK TOGETHER, THIS IS A NON EXHAUSTIVE LIST THAT INCLUDES: New tyres & inner tubes Only engine work was a decoke & lapping in the valves The bores & pistons were in great condition Full service with all fluids replaced (including final shaft) Brakes stripped & 1 calliper piston & brake hose replaced Carbs stripped, sonic cleaned & balanced New seat (from original owner still in a box) fitted New rear shocks Mostly new stainless fasteners New spark plugs, filters, sump cleaned & new gasket New battery & battery strap New EBC pads in front & linked brakes system works a treat Fitted with lovely LAFRANCONI RISERVATO COMPETIZIONI Monza twin exhausts Starts on the button from cold & runs well with no smoke or undue rattles & I rode it home 60 miles & it is so easy & FUN, has the uber rare original quirky key, owners manual, historic registered V5 & that's it, BUT as you can see it is in lovely unrestored condition & a very affordable middle weight 45 bhp bit of Italian exotica. It is not mint due to not being restored but as the saying goes "they are only original once" & therein lies it's value, not to mention the rarity - just read the reviews & they are a great bit of fun that handle a treat & are very lightweight with electric start, easily used centre stand & nicely unique, not to mention a very pretty motorbike.
