Indomitable Will (Fire Emblem: Three Houses) // remix/cover

"Your hands are so warm... have they always been...?" a.k.a. disillusioned russian man needs a hug :(( Arranged and produced by me. Originally composed by Takeru Kanazaki, Hiroki Morishita, and Rei Kondoh. All visuals, art, and samples prepared (dialogue, rain) used here come directly from the game. The first two voicelines (Sylvain and Dedue) are actually unique dialogue from Chapter 17 of the Crimson Flower route. To get it, this is the link (which is also where I directly got the audio from):    • Video   ------ NOTES ------ This is my second favorite OST from the game (my favorite in the OST is "A Funeral of Flowers"). The main song isn't even two minutes long and it still has so much emotional punch and nostalgia to accompany battling one of the house leaders. I gave Dimitri-centric focus for this track with the visual and sample I prepared simply because I think this OST fits him much more than the other two house leaders. It's just straight-up tragic, and the nostalgia does force you too look to a time when things were nicer... when Dimitri was the sweet and kind student he used to be. Since he is the leader at their lowest after the timeskip, "Indomitable Will" just fits him so well. Since it's used for the three lords, I threw in bits from "Chasing Daybreak" and "Blue Skies and a Battle"/"Between Heaven and Earth" there for extra posterity. Also a little melody from "A Funeral of Flowers" made its way since Rhea just so happens to loom over everything in Crimson Flower and using "Song of the Nabateans" might be too obvious a choice to use. I... actually have no idea what genre or style this cover can fall under. It initially started in my head as a lo-fi hip-hop remix and a simple bass cover but it evolved into something else.
