Thanks to SonicBrawler (Aka Mizumi), we how can play on 7 normally none playable stages in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, this includes the boss stages (Ganon, Marx, Rathalos, Dracula and Galleom) as well as the bonus mini game from classic mode and the training mode exclusive stage. No items can appear on these stages and setting the stages to Omega or Battlefield versions does nothing.
