Matchday 2 of the Nexo Premier League didn’t go to plan for me and Zaheed. This was our first time playing together as a partnership and it showed. We struggled to find consistency throughout the match, making too many unforced errors while our movement and shot selection weren’t at the standard required. Credit to Hamzah Moosa and Mo Isap who played a strong match, stayed disciplined, and took advantage of the opportunities presented to them. Not the result we wanted, but there are plenty of lessons to take away. We’ll review the performance, work on the areas that need improving, and look to bounce back stronger.
