With the new Kenwood Cooking Chef, you can cook pasta and sauce in one appliance. Ingredients for pasta dough: 400 g flour (preferably Italian type 00 wheat flour) 4 eggs 1 egg yolk 60 g fresh spinach Ingredients for Gorgonzola sauce: 125 ml heavy cream 150 g Gorgonzola cheese 100 g Parmesan cheese 50 g butter 1 pinch of salt 1 pinch of black pepper 2 tsp honey 125 g baby spinach Preparation of pasta: Blanch the spinach in boiling water. Drain and mash into a paste. Knead all ingredients for 5 minutes on speed 1 until a smooth, elastic dough forms. Wrap in cling film and let rest at room temperature for at least 1 hour. Divide the dough into pieces and flatten them. Roll the pasta several times using the lasagna attachment, on settings 0, 2, 4, and 6. Then cut into pasta shapes, e.g., fettuccine. Sauce preparation: Finely grate the Parmesan cheese. Heat all ingredients to 90°C (194°F). Season to taste. Add salt and pepper as needed. Add honey. Cook the pasta in salted water. Drain the pasta and transfer it to a bowl. Pour over the warm cheese sauce and add the fresh spinach. Stir and serve immediately.
