Spock's Beard interview with 69 Faces of Rock 2025
After a seven-year absence, Spock’s Beard returns with another progressive masterpiece titled “The Archeoptimist.” It’s a great progressive album from a veteran band, and as always, it takes the band into new uncharted waters. Each listen to “The Archeoptimist” is a new discovery. Vocalist/guitarist/keyboardist, Ted Leonard, talks about the new album in great detail, and explains the creative process behind the record. The interview was conducted by Mark Kadzielawa through Zoom on October 13, 2025. I'd like to dedicate this interview in the memory of the great William James of Glass Onyon Publicity.
