Servicing a Mackie SR24-4 Mixer: A Plethora of Pots
This isn't really a repair video; it's more about servicing. But, if you have one of these mixers, or are asked to work on one, it might give you some insight into what is involved in getting inside, opening it up, and cleaning up the pots and switches. There are more than 300 knobs and switches on the front panel, and they all have to come off to get at the pots. Although I don't have complete solutions for you, I talk about some important concerns about how to clean and service those pots without causing more problems than you solve.
