Jimmy Eat World - The Green Room -1999 - Rockstar_11

Rockstar In December of 1999 my brother and I drove up to Tempe from Tucson for 2 back to back Jimmy Eat World shows at The Green Room, an unfortunately now defunct venue. This was an interesting time to catch the band as it is about 6 months prior to the release of their mainstream breakthrough album, Bleed American. The venue was small and intimate with excellent sound. The band was spot-on and extraordinarily passionate in their performance. And, as usual Jim Adkins leaves it all on the floor. He is the Steve Nash of modern day Rock and Roll. We shot this on a rented VHS camera from Director's Chair Video in Tucson. The camera wasn't that great but Director's Chair Video RULES!
