To accomplish this, members of the Dog and Dragon help facilitate the advancement and support of artists, illustrators and writers both in the creative process of their work as well providing venues where others can see, listen to and feel the artists stories. Since the incorporation of the parent company (WildstarTempest) in 2000, The Dog and Dragon members have actively supported charitable causes with events related to the entertainment industry. Two travelers, Alexander and Heather, found each other in 2001 and worked together to build a place where Artists, Illustrators, and Writers could rest from their difficult journeys in trying to find success in the entertainment world. The Dog and Dragon provides a place for these wayfarers to magnify opportunities by offering tools, expertise, exposure, and support - leaving the artistic travelers free to focus on creating their masterpiece. Today, Heather and Alexander run the inn of The Dog and Dragon and they welcome artists at all parts on their journey to come and share their stories to uplift, encourage and enhance the lives of others through their inspirational art.
