Ingredients 100g butter 50g icing sugar 50g castor sugar 70g evaporated milk a pinch of salt 1 tsp baking powder 115g cake flour 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 eggs Instructions: 1. Preheated the oven to 160C. Line 6" baking tin with baking paper. Lined bigger baking tray with kitchen towel & pour in water to wet the tissues. Set aside. 2.Sift flour & baking powder together, then set aside. 3.Cream butter until creamy & then add in salt & sugar. Whisk until turn pale & fluffy. Then whisk the egg & add in the egg into the mixture little by little. Whisk until completely combine. 4.Pour in the sifted flour & baking powder mixture gradually & interchangeably with the evaporated milk & vanilla extract. Mix until completely combine. 5.Pour batter into the lined baking pan. 6.Put the baking pan inside the large baking tray, then put it in the oven & bake it for 60 minutes using top & buttom heat, then bake it for another 20 minutes using buttom heat only. Bake until cooked completely (the cake start to detach from the pan). 7.Take it out from the oven & let it cool for 30 minutes. After that, wrap it with cling wrap. Let it sit overnight. 8.After overnight, take off the plastic wrap, Cut & serve 🥰 . Music: Morning Mandolin . #buttercake
