This is polish version of Jacques Brell "Ne me quitte pas". I do not own this video. It was sung - with polish version of lyrics - by Edyta Górniak with the accompaniment of Marcin Masecki playing on the pianoforte during charitable concert in Presidential Palace, Warsaw, Poland in 2007. Lyrics had been previously translated and adapted by Wojciech Młynarski.
