Malaysians Told Me Not To Show This Side Of Kuala Lumpur

On my Malaysia videos across my other social platforms, the comments from locals have been brilliant. People kept joking that I need to stop showing this side of Kuala Lumpur, that everyone will think it’s AI, or that I should let people believe Malaysia is all trees and shacks. So after living in KL for 2 months, this is what the city was actually like from my experience. This video is from my first week in Kuala Lumpur, when I visited places like the Petronas Towers, KLCC Park, Batu Caves, River of Life, Merdeka Square, Chinatown, Jalan Alor, Bukit Bintang, KL Tower and Eco Park. KL Tower was around £6 per person, which felt really reasonable for the views. But it is not really just about the places. It is also about what KL felt like to live in, how easy it was to get around, how green the city was, how safe I felt walking on my own, how lovely the locals were, and why I think Kuala Lumpur is worth more than a quick stopover.
