Trolling OFFSHORE on a 17' Whaler! Bonus Tuna on the Planer while ISO Wahoo!

You don't need a quad engine 40 foot center console to get offshore and catch fish. While the comfort that comes along with that fishing experience is undeniable, the fish don't know what size your boat is or how fast it goes! In this video we jumped on the Encore Lite, a 17 foot refurbished 1972 Whaler, to do some trolling in hopes of catching a wahoo or any other pelagics. We pulled artificial lures and strip baits on planers and flat lines. Fishing from a whaler is as close to the water as you get without actually being in it! So much fun!!!!!
