Today I’m travelling from Poznań to Świnoujście, Poland’s most north-westerly town, right on the Baltic Sea. 🇵🇱 The journey starts by train — and ends with something a bit unusual: a free ferry crossing over the river, breaking through ice as we head toward the town centre.
