SENTENCIA 857 DEL TSJ, PRESENTACIÓN DEL DETENIDO FUERA DEL LAPSO DE 48 HORAS
Sometimes I find it difficult to accept that the country's highest court can issue these kinds of decisions, which constitute a serious and flagrant violation of constitutional principles that weaken and make vulnerable the foundations and structures of the justice system at all levels. This, in turn, creates a legal and social imbalance that places ordinary citizens in a risky and fragile situation before a justice system that, far from protecting their rights, violates them or conspires to violate them. It is up to us to take the appropriate actions to avoid the disastrous consequences of a ruling that will surely generate more problems than solutions.
