I had friends and, concurrently, employees of the Moscow Zoo, whom you could see in some of my videos. True, they appear more often in home visits in roller skates. The plans were to cook shrimp (bake in the oven, and not what some guardians of morality might think), torture my little animals, bite Yoll and go to the park to look at the beavers. The program was 100% complete. Those who did not have time because of work on shrimp, caught up with us later in the park. I will upload video of the terrorisation of Yoll later separately. There are no videos with beavers, but once upon a time I uploaded these animals, swim, donut hamsters, such ordinary beavers. This time it was too dark to record video. In a conversation, somewhere, information slips that the Tiger has disappeared. This is not what you think! Tiger is the name of an ordinary cat who works as a cat in the zoo and has not been seen for several days, which is not typical for this cat. In general, it is thanks to these people that I have such a predominance of animals at home and a large number of interesting videos. Almost all of them can be met at the Moscow Zoo at exhibitions of amphibians, arachnids, and moths. ------ Seeing that there were a lot of questions about shrimps, Alexander, who brought them and prepared them, shared information: Argentine Red Shrimp without head C1 (31–55 pcs / kg) The shrimp are very tasty, but preparation can be a lot of fuss. They are naturally red when raw. They need to be defrosted first. Cut the shell from head to tail with scissors. Remove the intestines (there may occasionally be grains of sand). Do not remove the shell. Lay them on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil, spread pesto sauce with a spoon, then sprinkle them with orange juice (use real juice only, from half an orange). Bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C for 5-7 minutes. Boiling them is very bad. You can grill them, but do not peel, otherwise all the juice will come out. It is important not to overcook them - they will lose sweetness and become dry and stiff. Pleoticus muelleri (Argentine red shrimp) are also representatives of decapod crustaceans, outwardly similar to shrimps, but belong to another suborder. They have branched gills, and they lay their eggs directly in the water, and do not bear it on the body, unlike real shrimps, spiny lobsters, crabs, hermit crabs, etc. They are found in the Atlantic, off the coast of South America, at depths of 10 to 200 meters. They feed on other crustaceans and polychaetes.
