2000 Canadian IMP Menu #3 Meatloaf With Onion Sauce

Trying out an IMP from 2000 for the first time. It's always hit or miss on older IMP's, and most of the time they don't hold up particular well, even after 10 years... so a 22 year old one didn't fill me with hope.
