How To Withdraw Money From PayPal To Bank Account

How To Withdraw Money From PayPal Do you have money inside of PayPal that you need to transfer out? Well in this video, I’ll show you how to set up an external bank account so that you can transfer your funds easily. First, we’ll look at doing this on the PayPal website, and then how to do it using the PayPal app. To get started, head to PayPal.com. Once you’re there, log into your account. There are a couple of ways you can link your external bank account from here. The first is by using the banks and cards shortcut here. At the bottom of this section, you’ll see link a card or a bank. Choose that. If you don’t have the shortcut, you can get to the same menu by choosing wallet here at the top, and then inside of the wallet page, choosing link a card or bank at the top here. Next, you’ll have three options to choose from. You can link a debit or credit card, a bank, or an American Express Send account. We’re going to choose bank, and then on the next screen, find your bank and log in with those credentials. That’s your username and password for your actual bank account. Once you’re finished, you’ll have your account connected, and you’ll see it inside of the accounts list inside of your wallet. Now that we’re finished there, we can start transferring funds. Head back to the home screen, and underneath of where you see your PayPal balance, you’ll have a button that says Transfer Money. Choose that. Inside of the money out section here at the top, choose transfer to your bank. Next, enter the amount that you want to transfer at the top. After that, select how fast you want to receive the funds into your bank account. You can choose in minutes, which has a small fee. If you don’t need it right away, you also have a free option that could take 1 to 3 days. After that, make sure your bank account is selected here, or change it to the correct one if you need to, and then when you’re ready, hit transfer now. You’re PayPal funds will then begin the transfer process and will hit your bank account in the time that you chose. Next, let’s take a look at how to do this on the PayPal mobile app. On your device, open the PayPal app. Again, first, you need to make sure that you have a bank connected. Tap Wallet here on the bottom menu, and then either the add banks and cards shortcut at the top or the plus sign next to banks and cards if you scroll down a bit. Next, choose banks, select yours inside of the list here, and then enter your bank username and password to connect them. Once you’re finished, we can transfer the funds. There are a couple of ways to get to the transfer menu, but the easiest, is choosing wallet at the bottom, and then once inside of here, choosing your PayPal balance. Once you’re on your balance screen, select transfer. On the pop-up menu that appears, choose transfer to bank. Again, just like the desktop version, enter how much you want to transfer, how quick you want to receive it, with a fee or without, make sure your correct bank account is selected, and when you’re ready, hit transfer now at the bottom. It’ll then start the transfer process and you’ll get your funds in the time that you selected. And that’s how you withdraw money from PayPal and transfer it to your bank account. Thanks for watching!
