Production & test of Flipsky new brushless motor 6374 improved | Flipsky new motor | BLDC motor
Hi Flipsky friends, many people ask what's the difference between your current motors and your original motors? Now , let me tell you. All in upgrade, with better performance. 1.Play in outstanding quiet, reinforce the magnets to upgrade long-lasting quality. 2.Double-side arc shaped magnets The convex magnets array can bette match work with VESC foc mode to greatly reduce the noise. -42SH magnets , anti-115°C high temperature-Battle harden : full paste the magnets with epoxy , and with balance glue to keep well balance performance. 3.Stator winding: use multi-strand winding with better heat dissipation and avoid skin effect. While sing-strand winding will cause skin effect and generate heat easily and lower efficiency.Skin effect is the tendency of an alternating electric current (AC) to become distributed within a conductor such that the current density is largest near the surface of the conductor, and decreases with greater depths in the conductor. 4.Using high quality materials brand NMB bearing. Double bearing in bottom side and one in top. 5. Supply both round shaft with keyway and D-shape shaft, free your choice -The shaft is 420 material with surface harden process, Fine processing, double M4 screws dispensing reinforced lock shaft, prevent any deviation 6. We’ve changed to the 320mm super long cable, 12AWG silicon cable, more heat-resistant and durable. Packed with braided sleeve, more exquisite in details.
