Bolsa Chica Beach Was ON FIRE! Perch, Yellowfin Croaker, Starfish & Beach Finds

Bolsa Chica Beach delivered another memorable surf fishing session! The action started early with multiple fish coming to hand, including perch and yellowfin croaker. The bite stayed consistent throughout the session, and the standout bait was easily the Berkley Gulp! Sandworm Nereis. The fish couldn't seem to leave it alone. The surprises didn't stop with the fishing. While walking the beach, I found two pairs of sunglasses and even a sand spike rod holder. Later while editing the footage, I noticed another pair of glasses sitting in the water that I completely missed during the trip! To top it all off, I also came across a starfish while exploring the surf zone. Days like this are why I love fishing Southern California beaches.
