Snoopy Router Carve & Painting Lighting Up Picture on Cedar Woodworking DIY Art Project
im feeling festive, and i thought id take a crack at one more xmas project... todays project, is a Snoopy & Woodstock Xmas theme picture. it was done on cedar fence planks i bought at home depot. i used a router, to carve it out, the bits used were a 20degree profile bit, and a 1/8 & 1/4 straight bits on a 1/4 collet. thg paints used were dollarstore brand, as well as the brushes, lights, batteries and hot glue. when it comes to painting i like to mess around a bit with mixing colors, also, you can clip your brushes to make for better detailing. i am by no means a professional, ive only learned to use a router barely over a year ago. if you want to make a project like this with a router, i would suggest a foot pedal, second to a respriarator and safety equipment. if you have any questions about how i built this, ask away, id be happy to answer anything, and give any tips i may have. if you enjoy the video please like and subscribe. thanks.
