I'm Ai(notAI🤖) This week, I went grocery shopping for my weekly haul! 🛍️✨ Even though I mainly bought fruits and vegetables, my grocery bill still came to around $50. 😳🥬🍅 Rising food prices are something I notice more and more every time I shop. On my days off, I like to grocery shop and meal prep for the week ahead. 🍙✨ Spending a little time preparing now makes my busy weekdays so much easier. 🍆 Yakibitashi – Japanese Marinated Summer Vegetables ①Cut your favorite vegetables into bite-sized pieces. ②Shallow-fry them in a pan with a generous amount of oil until tender and lightly browned. ③Mix Japanese noodle soup base and water in a 1:3 ratio. ④Grate some fresh ginger into the broth. ⑤Soak the cooked vegetables in the broth. ⑥Chill them in the refrigerator and enjoy!
