According to community history, he created the One Love movement, built the Disciple Center, and worked to unite Black Disciples and Gangster Disciples during one of Chicago’s most violent eras. But there was another man known as White Cloud in Chicago—a Black P. Stones enforcer whose name survived in official records because of the Jon Burge police torture cases. Two men. One name.
