During Prototype 1 qualifying for the July 24, 2022 SCCA Race #2 at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca, John Manfroy turns three of the fastest laps of his life to win the pole position. The car is a 2007 Stohr P07d with a Dauntless floor/aero kit and modified Dauntless carbon fiber body. The car is powered by a 1,441 cc (88 cubic inch) inline 4 cylinder engine taken from a Suzuki Hayabusa Sport Bike which makes approximately 240 horsepower. The car weighs 1,100 lbs (499 kg) with driver.
