I Refused to Pay $600... So I Built My Own - Polaris Xpedition DIY Upgrade

Instead of dropping $600+ on a bed rack and spare tire mount… we decided to build our own. In this video we jump in the shop and start fabricating a homemade rack for our 2025 Polaris Xpedition from scratch — cutting, grinding, bending tube, welding, and skinning it with aluminum panels. No kit. No instructions. Just raw fabrication. We almost get it finished… but we run out of material and daylight, so the final setup will have to wait for the next episode.
