In this video, I show you how easy it is to make a delicious, completely vegan homemade almond milk at home. Recipe: Makes 1 liter Ingredients: 1 cup raw, unroasted or salted almonds 4 cups filtered water 1 nut milk pouch Vanilla extract to taste 1 or 2 dates (optional) Preparation: Soak the almonds in filtered water for 8 to 12 hours. After soaking, discard the water and rinse them. Place them in a blender with the water and dates. Blend until smooth and strain into a fine-cloth bag used for straining plant milk, squeezing the bag firmly with your hands to remove all the liquid.
