Task 1: Listen to the sound effects examples and note down the pictures that are created in your mind. This can be anything from the environment / setting / location / time of day / people in the scene and objects being use. You might also start to piece together a little story! Task 2: Go through your script and highlight every sound effect that you need to create. This can be in a cue sheet format or a simple SFX checklist. Then go and create them! You can use your phone to record the sound effects (or another device if you have access to one), but just experiment and get creative. Your aim is to recreate as many of the sounds you need! When you have finished, keep the files safe because we're going to be using them to edit with in the next lesson. Enjoy the lesson!
