Mutton biryani recipe: (note for half kg biriyani ) Ingredients: Half kg mutton Half kg kaima rice 4 big onion 200g small onion Green chillies 2 to 3 Ginger garlic paste Coriander and mint leaves 1 lemon juice 1 cup curd 4 big red tomatoes Ghee Oil Spices Chilli powder Salt Garam masala Procedure: Add 150 ml of oil..with spices and ghee... Add sliced big onions ...wait till it turns golden brown and add the small onions smached....now add green chilli and ginger garlic paste add mutton to it...and now let's add some fresh coriander and mint leaves...with some lemon juice and curd....wait for 5mins and add the tomatoes...let the tomatoes gets fully roasted....after that add some salt and garam masala and chilli powder... Now add water according to the rice ( 1cup of rice - 1&1/2 cups of water) close the lid ...after 10 mins put it in dum.... Now finally add some ghee ...... And stir it slowly.....
