How to Prep for Residency Interview

This video is a didactic session involving volunteer staff of The Medina Clinic on how to prepare for residency interviews. The Medina Clinic is a 501(c)(3) not for profit primary care charitable clinic that serves the uninsured and underinsured population of Jackson County, Missouri and surrounding areas. Since 2016, The Medina Clinic has hosted cohorts of volunteer assistant physicians who travel from across the United States to provide primary care under the preceptorship of a board certified family physician. Since 2016, 53% of all assistant physicians who have volunteered at The Medina Clinic have successfully matched into an ACGME accredited residency. Of all those who have matched, 60% have done so into Family Medicine, 23% in Internal Medicine, and the remaining in Pathology, General Surgery, and Pediatrics.
