Hello, this is Sandeulbaram Farm. We discovered some precious fruits that miraculously survived among the Blue Garden pots, which we thought had been almost completely wiped out due to frost damage! 😭 These are tough blueberries that survived solely on rainwater without being watered even once since being transplanted in April of this year. Today, we captured a video of the very small first harvest and taste evaluation of the newly planted varieties, 'Blue Garden' and 'Indigo Crisp'. Summary of today's taste evaluation 👉 Blue Garden: It feels incredibly firm from the moment you touch it. There is almost no sourness, and the subtle sweetness is charming! 👉 Indigo Crisp: Wow... this is truly something. It feels almost like a rock(?) when you touch it, and unlike regular blueberries that melt in your mouth, it boasts a shocking texture that is chewy—though not quite 'crunchy'. The sourness and sweetness are harmoniously blended. (The latter part of the video even captures a tearful, unexpected incident where I got stung by a wasp while picking Indigo Crisps... It’s already the fourth time this year, but it stings particularly hard 🥲) After the harvest is over, I plan to prune the overgrown branches and replant the dead trees with different varieties.
