"Tenere-Killer"? Die neue Voge DS800 Rally

The Voge DS 800 Rally, with its 21"/18" wheels and a chassis designed for tough use, is clearly positioned for the Dakar. At its heart is a newly developed 798 cc inline twin-cylinder engine producing 95 hp at 9,000 rpm and 81 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm, a 6-speed transmission, quickshifter, and slipper clutch. Add to that a 24-liter fuel tank, 213 kg, an 845 mm seat height, and 220 mm ground clearance. The DS 800 Rally's chassis features fully adjustable KYB components (200 mm USD fork, 190 mm monoshock) and tubeless spoked rims fitted with factory-fitted Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR tires. Braking is provided by a Nissin dual-disc brake system (305mm/265mm), and ABS and traction control can be deactivated for off-road use. A steering damper that can be adjusted on the fly is standard, as is a TFT display with smartphone connectivity, navigation, and tire pressure monitoring. The heated grips and seat are almost a luxury in this class. The 21/18-inch enduro chassis allows for serious off-road tires, which is also supported by the suspension travel reserves and the switchable assistance systems. The 24-liter fuel tank capacity and the comfort features will naturally also appeal to touring riders. This makes it an ideal machine for adventures around the ACT trails and the Western Alps, if you want to travel by motorcycle without a bus.
