I would normally be using the larger needle and also slightly thinning material. I used the needle and tip that was already in, this was a 3. The new Graco edge 2 plus gun is great and very easy to use with plenty of settings. A quick demo of me using the Graco Finish Pro 9.5 hvlp, 5 stage unit. Using Caparol Haft primer unthinned. Spraying 2 doors, then at the end i spray upside down just to show you it can be used in any direction. Great machine with alot of power, and easy to use. The smart start is a great addition to the machine. You can connect 2 x 9m hoses to have an 18m hose if you needed. It comes with a 1,2m whip hose and a 3,4 and 5 tip and needle set.
