Arranca Kilómetros de Esperanza contra el cáncer cerebral pediátrico

The municipality of Rute has wholeheartedly embraced the solidarity and sporting challenge of the "Kilometers of Hope" Association, entitled "24-Hour Non-Stop Tour of Andalusia." In this event, four cyclists will ride 1,400 kilometers non-stop through the eight Andalusian provinces with the aim of raising awareness of childhood cancer and raising funds for pediatric brain tumor research at IMIBIC. The ride began on the evening of Sunday, May 31st, with the emotional starting pistol fired by young Pedro Lopera, and will conclude next Saturday, June 6th, at the Paseo del Fresno, coinciding with "Bike Day," where a fun and charitable event will be held to welcome the cyclists.
