Painting eyes in Jelly Gouache

Hello friends, I've finally gotten around to experiment more with the Himi Miya Jelly Gouache. For these eye paintings, I started out using the paint like watercolors, thin washes, and then slowly build up with thicker, more opaque paint. I painted eyes with acrylics a while ago, the only difference between the two mediums is that, gouache can be reactivated if you wet it after it's dried. So you need to be careful if you revisit a dried area with a wet brush. It has its pros and cons, it's just something I need to get used to!
