I Got Married On The Worlds Largest Viking Ship
Me and Marie got married on the world's largest viking ship "Myklebustskipet". The Myklebust ship is the remains of a burned Viking ship found in a burial mound at the Myklebust farm in Nordfjordeid, where only the nails were intact. Based on the number of nails, it is estimated that the ship was at least 25 meters long, possibly making it the largest Viking ship found in Norway so far. The burial mound contained clinker-built seams, various fittings, masts, and a multitude of shield bosses, excavated in 1874 by the archaeologist Anders Lorange.
