Pursuit on Ruthless Spree/Priscilla's escape

Three officers of Treston City (a city close to Waynehaven) Police go on a mission to stop some dangerous individuals, and this includes the notorious Priscilla Perkins. However, as soon as they encountered her, they begin to chase her, but Officer Johnson has been shot. Officer Vance and Officer Paisley then go after her on their own. By the way, due to how relentless Priscilla is, she's good at escaping (which is why they didn't successfully get her). While good assassins (like Marcus) may even get wanted by the police sometimes, but these cops here were only going after Priscilla.
