GEORGIAN FOOD is a home run if you like bread and cheese, and Tbilisi, the capital, is where you'll find the best traditional Georgian Food in the World. I spent a month there, and I ate everything... and wow it blew me away. I tried the two most famous dishes, Khachapuri and Khinkali, as well as some more obscure Georgian specialities such as Beef Kharcho, Churchkela, Pkali, and more. If you're considering a visit to Tbilisi, I hope you get a chance to try so many of these amazing dishes!
