This recipe is adapted from a recipe by Nicholas Lodge, found on Craftsy.com INGREDIENTS: 2-3 egg whites (75 grams). For small eggs, use 3 whites; for large eggs, use 2 whites. 1 pound powdered sugar (454 grams) (reserve 2/3 cup (78 grams)) 2 tablespoons CMC or tylosa 1-2 teaspoons shortening www.yolandascakes.com
