Belen Tava❗️Legendary Turkish Recipe❗️One-pot beef stew‼️🔝

If you're in the mood for something hearty and delicious, then be sure to try Belen Tava! This legendary Turkish recipe is sure to delight your palate and leave you feeling satisfied. It is supper simple to make, the only thing you need is a casserole dish, a good fillet of beef and some vegetables and you have your perfect lunch or dinner. Ingredients: 500g beef 15 pieces of round shallots 3 bell peppers 6 cloves of garlic 3 medium tomatoes 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 tsp thyme 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp salt 3 tbsp olive oil 1 tsbp tomato paste 1 tbsp sundried tomato paste 1/2 cup of water (125 ml) 50g butter 3 bay leaves Preparation: 1. Cut all the ingredients in the way you like, put them all in a casserole dish 2. Make the seasoning, add the water, mix it all togethe, add butter and bay leaves on top! 3. Put the dish in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) and cook for 1h and 15min, then take the lid off and cook for another 10min. 4. That's it! Enjoy! 5. Cheers!
