Cops Called For Metal Detecting 👮‍♂️ (Was I In The Wrong?)

I headed back out to Beer Can Island in Tampa Bay for another round of metal detecting! Hunting for lost rings, coins, and whatever treasures the tide left behind. But this trip took an unexpected turn… While detecting on public land the island owner decided to call the cops on me for trespassing — even though I was completely within my rights and below the high-tide line. Thankfully, the police knew the law and didn’t even bother coming out. What started as a calm day on the bay turned into a wild lesson about public access, property lines, and standing your ground when you know you’re in the right. Stick around to see what I found under the sand and how the situation unfolded. 🌴⚓️ 👍 Like 💬 Comment 👏 HYPE 📲 Please Subscribe for more Florida Beach Treasure Hunts! • Location: Beer Can Island, Florida • Gear: Minelab Manticore M9 Coil • Head Phones: Tony Eisenhower • Scoop: Extreme Titanium • Drone DJI Mini 4K • Film: GO PRO 13/ Insta 360 X4
