Tita hiccuping and making faces

Between her persistent hiccup and making a brand new funny face, our beautiful Tita amuses even herself. Tita arrived three months ago at the CCC. She was in shock due to the violence of her capture, when her mother and big sister were murdered. You could see her pain from her broken arm and her despair in her eyes and behavior. Today, thanks to the Chimpanzee Conservation Center enormous work as well as supporters' help, we share with you a new Tita: calmer, happier and full of hope! Even so, Tita still has a long journey ahead in rehabilitation, with the hope of one day rediscovering the forest to which she belongs.
