Mark’s Whisky Ramblings 606: Old Perth Pedro Ximénez
Mark Dermul, Belgian whisky blogger, tries an interesting blend. Since 2010, the Old Perth brand has been owned by Morrison Distillers and is named after a blend that was extremely popular in 1908. The whisky is also named after Perth, the homeland of blending. In the glass is their Old Perth Pedro Ximénez which, as the name suggests, matured in a sherry cask.
