Being blamed for her inability to conceive deeply upsets Defne, leading Kahraman to speak harshly to his family in her defense. After this incident, nothing will ever be the same. Desperate to overcome this "deficiency," Defne becomes determined to have a child at any cost. This is the perfect opportunity for Kıymet Hanım. Now that her daughter-in-law has finally come around, Kıymet is ready to do whatever it takes—including finding a surrogate mother. As she wonders who this person might be, "destiny" brings the answer right to her door. Elif is a young girl from Antakya who has fallen on extremely hard times. Following a tragic sequence of events, her mother accidentally killed her father while trying to prevent him from selling Elif to a man to settle his debts. Forced to flee to Istanbul, Elif’s mother was eventually caught and imprisoned, leaving Elif penniless and alone with her sick sister, Nazlı. Under these dire circumstances, Elif has no choice but to accept the role of a surrogate mother. The plan is simple: once the task is complete and the Yörükhan family has their "heir," she will disappear quietly and return to her own life. However, things do not go as planned. The young and beautiful Elif catches the attention of the men around her, triggering an unpredictable chain of events where the boundaries of the original deal begin to blur.
