The main objective is to provide you with additional energy, help sustain your appetite long enough until the next meal, and of course, provide a good nutritional intake. That's ideal! Unfortunately, this isn't the case. In this video, I explain the different interpretations given to snacks and what, unfortunately, is most common during these times of the day. . . . . We will also look at some proposals or suggestions for turning those critical moments or those healthy "snacks" into snacks that not only satisfy but also complement your body and help you improve your diet for your well-being. . . . . Don't forget that including snacks in your daily diet can improve your results and nutritional goals.
