Are Collector's Edition cards undervalued?

Questions like these are impossible to answer definitively, but let's look at some data and see if we can make sense of what the market was doing. TLDR: I think these are priced properly in the market. There is still upside as well as room for speculations, but I do not think the singles are underappreciated by the market and due for a correction to the "right" levels.
