Termomodernizacja budynku popegeerowskiego w Pobłociu Małym

"I'll come home from work and be warm. This is definitely a big relief for us," say the residents of the building in Pobłocie Małe, which is currently being given a new lease of life as part of our pilot program for the Energy Modernization of Buildings in Former State Farm Villages. Work is underway on the 18-unit building, 8a and 8b, whose thermal modernization we co-financed. Our support is 1% of the investment value – almost PLN 2 million. Renovation crews have plenty to do: the work includes insulating the flat roof, modernizing the boiler room, which will be powered by heat pumps, installing a photovoltaic system, and replacing the central heating and domestic hot water systems. ✅We estimate that once the work is completed, the building's annual energy demand will be 90% lower than it is now. ✅This is all for the sake of the environment, but also the health and well-being of its residents!
