Bukhara during the daytime almost feels like a ghost town due to the intense heat that makes it feel like being in hell. With temperatures soaring to 40 degrees Celsius, most people stay indoors, avoiding the streets. Many shops remain closed, and the atmosphere is eerily quiet, making it hard to believe this is one of the most historically rich cities and a key point on the ancient Silk Road. The scorching heat turns exploring the city during the day into an extraordinary challenge! Once there, I began by searching for local food to experience the unique flavors of Bukhara. But the question is, what would I find? Then, I explored the city’s highlight attractions, which are filled with stunning architecture and fascinating stories. The highlight of this video is my visit to the Silk Road Market, which has been operating since ancient times and continues to sell goods to this day! This market showcases handwoven textiles and local crafts that reflect the lifestyle of the people from the past, maintaining their significance even now.
