We take you inside Auckland's Hottest Restaurant- to eat South American inspired cuisine. Alejandro Vasquez Head Chef at Milenta in Victoria Park Market takes us into his kitchen where we discover food cooked by flame. Every element of the menu is touched by fire- from the sauces and garnishes to the proteins and vegetables. New Zealand ingredients are celebrated and given a South American flavour with influences from Peru, Columbia, Argentina and Chile.
