How to Sew Through Thick Seams (Hem Jeans)
In this video I show you how to sew through thick seams. This video will be useful when you need to hem jeans on a regular sewing machine. Sewing thick fabrics or many folded layers of fabric with your home sewing machine is very hard. Such fabrics as upholstery fabrics, denim, leather, fake fur is not recommended to sew on a home machine. When sewing such fabrics, various defects may appear: skipped stitches, thread snapping, needle breaking.
